Our candles are made from natural candle wax. Two naturally occurring phenomena may be present in candles containing natural candle wax, namely "wet spots" and "frosting". Wet Spots are air pockets that appear between the wax and a glass container. Frosting is a slight whitening of the candle surface. Both of these phenomena commonly occur in candles containing natural candle wax, and are not a sign of defect or damage.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for customers who change their minds after purchase. This is because all of our candles are handmade specifically for each order. We are highly unlikely to be able to resell a candle that has been customised to the original customer's choice of shape, colour, and scent.
Refunds
We only issue refunds in cases where our candles arrive in a damaged state or in cases where the wrong items were sent by us. Please contact us immediately at wicklycandle@gmail.com after receiving a damaged item or after receiving the wrong item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process any refund.
